Chef's Table

Indulge in an exclusive Chef's Table Experience in The Grill Restaurant hosted by Executive Head Chef Jupp Osterloh and Head Chef, Thomas Ostermann.

This intimate dining experience will be an evening of inspiration where you will be seated in front of our open kitchen to engage with our culinary team as they work closely to present a bespoke 
eight course menu.

Our focus is local, with ingredients sourced from farmers, fisherman and growers of the region using a variety of innovative techniques including our naturally fueled, Josper Grill. 
Savour each meticulously crafted dish amidst delightful company and stunning ambiance of The Grill Restaurant. Our Exclusive Chef’s Table Dining Experience is available on selected dates this summer.

Time: 7pm | 8 Course Menu: €125 per person

Guests are welcome to book individually or as a group. Maximum number of 8 guests.
All guests will be seated at one table.
